Authentication component upgrade

We will be upgrading aspects of our authentication mechanism on Thursday, Sep 10th from 4pm. New sessions to Mahuika, Ondemand, Globus, and Mynesi may experience issues logging in for up to an hour. Existing sessions, and Slurm jobs, will remain unaffected
