Keycloak authentication component changes

We will be upgrading aspects of our authentication mechanism on Monday, Sep 21st from 11am. New sessions to Mahuika, Ondemand, Globus, and Mynesi may experience issues logging in for up to two hours. Existing sessions, and Slurm jobs, will remain unaffected
