Login Problem: SSHing into Mahuika requires Password

Investigating

We are currently experiencing an issue where users are not able to log in to Mahuika.

Rather than being redirected to a website to login, some users are being asked to use a password to login. It is not possible to give a password as we do not require password to get onto Mahuika.

Entering a password will not work.

If you would like to access Mahuika at this time, please perform the following steps:

1. Type `ssh lander` into the terminal. You will be redirected to the usual website to login
2. Once on the lander node, type `ssh login03` into the terminal. This may also redirected to the usual website to login

Once you have followed these steps, you should be able to access Mahuika.
